Vision: The board members of the Lakewood Jr. Spartans envisions administering a service-oriented programs with integrity that inspires participants, parents, and members to reach their full potential as positive individuals, thus impacting our community and society as a whole.

Mission: The Lakewood Jr. Spartans Youth Association, under the direction of competent, caring, professionals, provides successful, quality experiences in an enjoyable environment for youth by: Promoting individual pride, loyalty and respect for oneself, others and the community thru the common bond of teamwork and sportsmanship.” Developing a strong and positive character in academics, social activities,  and athletics in the lives of our youth. Setting lifelong expectation for individuals and teams excellence for the field of play and the various arenas of life.
